Omowumi's passion for postpartum care is deeply personal. As a mother of two, both delivered via C-section, she has walked the often-unspoken path of postpartum depression and anxiety. After her first birth, she faced the harsh reality of feeling unprepared and unsupported.
Determined not to go through that struggle again, she approached her second postpartum journey differently; preparing early, gathering recovery essentials, and finding comfort in being ready. The result was a smoother recovery and renewed confidence, something her friends immediately noticed. That experience planted the seed for TufinMama.
Beyond her personal journey, Omowumi is a visionary entrepreneur, influencer, and advocate for maternal well-being. She is the Director of Tufinplug, a thriving online community of thousands (75% women and 25% men) where conversations on marriage, career, life, and motherhood spark meaningful change.
